2025 New Vilas County Roads Are Now Open!

2025 – Vilas County Roads Open to ATV/UTV’s

The Vilas County Board of Supervisors approved the opening of all town roads in Vilas County at today’s full Board meeting.  This means that all ATV/UTV riders now have access across all of Vilas County WITH THE EXCEPTION of Lac du Flambeau.
This is a huge accomplishment by our Vilas County ATV/UTV Alliance and more will be coming out as the towns and their associated clubs work together to make sure everyone has access while remaining safe.
Thank you goes out to the Vilas County ATV/UTV Alliance, the Vilas County Board of Supervisors and everyone who attended this meeting for making their voices heard. Thank you also goes out to all of you who wrote letters in support of this change in ordinance. We appreciate everyone’s efforts!

2024 – Trail Closing

It’s been a great riding season!  Remember that town roads and county highways are open year round.  Please stay off the trails as of November 1.  See you all next year!
