DISCLAIMER: I, the undersigned, do hereby agree to abide by all of the club rules and by-laws. I/we understand the risk of injury while participating in ATV/UTV events sponsored by the St. Germain ATV Club Inc. or on my own. I understand the St. Germain ATV Club Inc. cannot assume responsibility or safety of me and family members or my passengers if I/we participate in any St. Germain ATV Club Inc. sponsored function. If I/we participate in any St. Germain ATV Club Inc. event I/we do so voluntarily on my assessment of the conditions of machines and abilities of skills. I further understand that I assume all risks for myself, my passenger, and my property and agree to hold harmless all officers, directors, members and representatives from any liability loss, damage, costs, claims, or lawsuits including but not limited to bodily injuries or death. I/we agree to participate in fund raising events or raffles. All members must be 18 years of age or older to join the St. Germain ATV Club Inc.
